*Children under 16 are welcome to enjoy the pool area until 17:00, with complimentary access for children aged 0 to 3.
Children up to 16 y.o. in the Pool area must be accompanied by an adult, who is fully responsible for the child’s safety, behavior and health; the adult must be at least 18 years old. All SPA rules apply to children.
We encourage all guests to book their spa visits in advance.
However, walk-ins are welcome, even if the online reservation calendar appears fully booked.
Please note that walk-in availability may be limited during peak periods such as weekends, holidays, and high seasons. If the spa reaches its maximum capacity upon your arrival, you may join a waiting list.
The prices provided are for reference only and are subject to change. If access to the spa area is not included in your room rate, payment can be made at the spa reception desk.
- All pool guest is required to shower before visiting the pool.
- We ask you kindly to only wear swimwear intended for swimming in the pool.
- To maintain a relaxed ambience within the spa we ask you respectfully to use your “Spa voice” and minimise use of phones, disconnect and enjoy the silence.
- Smoking and vaping is prohibited within the hotel, there are designated smoking areas outside of the hotel facilities.
- Guests are asked to remove all jewellery including watches before entering the pool.
